MAtex offers many fiberglass for automotive parts, truck and trailer body. There are RTM mat/chopped strand mat/gun roving and woven roving.
1) Infusion Mat/RTM Mat
It also called: Flow Mat, RTM Mat, Rovicore, Sandwich Mat),which commonly consists of 3 layers, 2 surface layers with chopped mat, and core layer with PP(Polypropylene, resin flow layer) for fast resin flow.

2) Powder/Emulsion Chopped Strand Mat
Powder Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) is produced by chopping roving into 5cm lengths fibers and dispersing fibers randomly and evenly onto a moving belt ,to form a mat,then a powder binder is used to hold fibers together, then a mat is rolled into a roll continuously.
Density:225g/m2, 275g/m2(0.75oz), 300g/m2(1oz), 450g/m2(1.5oz), 600g/m2(2oz) and 900g/m2(3oz).
3) Gun Roving for Spray Up
Gun Roving / Continuous Strand Roving used in spray up process, by chopper gun.
Type: ER13-2400-180, ERS240-T132BS.
Density: 2400TEX(207yield) / 3000TEX / 4000TEX.
4) Woven Roving
Fibreglass Woven Roving(Petatillo de fibra de vidrio) is single-end roving in thick fiber bundles that are woven in a 0/90 orientation (warp and weft), like standard textiles on a weaving loom.
